Job Title: Solar Rooftop Sales Representative (Commercial & Industrial)

Location: Malate, Manila

Work Setup: On-site

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Basic Pay: Php25,000 – Php30,000 (Negotiable)

Requirements:

  • No solar sales experience is acceptable, while insurance or any other sales experience is preferred.

  • Willing to learn, keep learning.

  • Demonstrates resilience by not fearing failure, willing to keep trying until success.

  • Work with patience and passion.

  • Good at cold calls and emails, willing to visit target customers and travel frequently.

  • Can work flexibly, hard and under pressure.

  • Fast response

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, be aggressive.

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, field visits, and digital marketing.

  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate rooftop solar potential and provide customized solutions.

  • Educate customers on solar benefits, financing options (loans, subsidies, PPAs), and ROI calculations.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and competitor offerings.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
