We are seeking a
Junior Energy Engineer
to support the design, development, and implementation of renewable energy projects, including wind and solar farms. The successful candidate will assist senior engineers in data collection, modeling, technical documentation, and project coordination. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build expertise in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in
    wind data collection and processing
    from met masts, LiDAR, and SCADA systems.
  • Support
    energy yield assessments
    and contribute to loss/uncertainty analysis under guidance from senior engineers.
  • Help prepare
    wind farm layouts and resource maps
    using tools such as QGIS, WindPRO, WAsP, Google Earth.
  • Support
    solar PV system modeling and simulation
    using
    PVsyst
    (energy yield, losses, and optimization).
  • Provide support in
    technical reporting, presentations, and documentation
    for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with project teams to
    ensure compliance
    with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist during the
    construction and commissioning
    phases through quality checks, data collection, and reporting.
  • Support coordination with consultants, contractors, and suppliers during project development and execution.
  • Help maintain and update project records, contracts, and payment tracking in the ERP system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Renewable Energy, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
    .
  • 0–2 years of experience
    in renewable energy, engineering, or related fields (internship or academic projects welcome).
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic knowledge of
    wind resource tools
    (QGIS, WindPRO, WAsP, Windographer) and
    solar PV simulation software (PVsyst)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Python, Power BI, or data analysis tools
    is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
