We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Supervisor to support our sales team in achieving targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves assisting the Sales Supervisor in daily operations, monitoring team performance, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising and guiding the sales team to meet or exceed targets

  • Monitor sales performance and report key metrics

  • Help train and onboard new sales staff

  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service

  • Coordinate with inventory, marketing, and other departments as needed

  • Support the planning and execution of promotional activities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in sales software or CRM systems is an advantage

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
