Multi-M Food Corporation is looking for HR OJT trainees who are eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HRIS, and employee engagement.

We welcome students currently taking up Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses from a reputable college or university.

Our office is located in Pasig City, making it an ideal opportunity for students residing nearby for a more convenient and productive training experience.

OJT Tasks and Activities

Assist in daily HR operations such as filing, encoding, and updating employee records.

Support timekeeping and attendance monitoring.

Assist in updating and maintaining the HRIS

Help organize and participate in employee engagement activities and HR programs.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
