Key Responsibilities:

Exposure & Support

  • Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned activation or marketing projects
  • Support the team in preparing reports, tracking timelines, and handling project documentation
  • Participate in on-site fieldwork to understand ground operations and client expectations
  • Help ensure that project guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines are met

People Management Training

  • Learn the basics of labor planning, team supervision, and performance evaluation
  • Shadow area supervisors and managers to understand operational dynamics
  • Assist in coordinating staff schedules and monitoring team compliance

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Join client meetings or internal planning sessions to learn project scoping and execution
  • Coordinate with support teams (e.g. HR, Admin, Logistics) to understand the project life cycle
  • Learn how to escalate and resolve issues effectively and professionally

Administrative Learning

  • Understand and follow company policies in operations, finance, and personnel
  • Participate in trainings to build knowledge in inventory handling, manpower reports, and liquidation processes
  • Support team leads in audit preparation and documentation
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any four-year course (preferably Marketing, Business Management, or related fields)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong academic background or leadership experience in school or organizations is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Willing to be assigned on-site or in the field when needed
  • Flexible with shifting schedules, willing to work on weekends/holidays if required
  • Eager to learn and grow into a leadership role
