Program Overview

The
Management Trainee Program
is designed to develop high-potential individuals into future leaders of the organization. The program offers a combination of structured training, project assignments, mentorship, and performance evaluations to equip trainees with the skills, knowledge, and values needed to take on key leadership roles within AMI.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Lead business development initiatives and drive transformation strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Research market trends, platforms, and innovations to enhance services and expand business capabilities.
  • Conduct market analysis and propose strategic plans for growth and expansion.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with prospective clients, including follow-ups and sales presentations.
  • Develop sales strategies, set quotas, and track performance metrics.
  • Maintain and update client databases while nurturing long-term partnerships.

Project Management

  • Manage existing client accounts and identify opportunities for upscaling or cross-selling services.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, HR) for seamless implementation within timelines and budgets.
  • Resolve on-ground activation challenges and provide timely updates and recommendations.

Management Support

  • Ensure compliance with company policies in administrative, accounting, and personnel processes.
  • Supervise and guide assigned team members, ensuring tasks are completed in line with project and organizational objectives.
  • Provide support in monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to work across different business units.
  • Open to rotations, travel, and flexible assignments as required.
