
HR/Admin Officer

Purpose of the Position:
The incumbent reports directly to the AVP, HR & Admin. The position is accountable and responsible for assisting the HR Team the proactive development, monitoring, deployment, maintenance and implementation of company policies and procedure. The position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Hiring and Selection, on-boarding, benefits administration, Employee relations, training and development, performance management, policy implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Assist, facilitate and coordinate in recruitment, selection and testing;
Assist employee in the facilitation in obtaining government issued identification;
Facilitate, monitor and implement document for employee movement such as but not limited to Personnel Action Notice (PAN) and related documents including submission of monthly reports;
Assist, facilitate and monitor hiring requirements such as but not limited to bank payroll account, government issued numbers;
Facilitate personnel and salary movement;
Facilitate annual group life / accident applications, ensure enrollment and deletion of employees in the group life / accident policy of the company;
Maintains and updates HRIS for new employees, and movements;
Facilitate exit clearance, quitclaim and certificate of employment;
Prepares monthly tardiness reports and memorandum;
Assist in documentation of systems procedure and policy, implementation of personnel policies and procedures and maintain documentation;
Assist in the learning and development;
Performs related function assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Management or any related field;
related work experience;
High level of interpersonal skill and integrity;
With sense of responsibility and attention to details;
Proactive, creative and forward thinker.
Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner.

All statutory reporting and communication requirements
Accuracy of reports
Time table achievement
Cost Management
Inter/Intra personal relationships
Will maintain close liaison with the HR Supervisor / HR Manager and Project HR/ Admin counterpart.
The HR Officer must effectively work with the HR Team;
The position will work harmoniously with all the level of organization
Willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
