As a Sales Data Analyst, you will ensure the availability of updated and insightful dashboards/reports that support decision-making and action planning. You will collaborate with teams to determine report parameters, integrate and cleanse data, provide helpful insights and recommendations, and conduct training sessions on dashboard/report usage.

Other responsibilities include:

• Maintains high data integrity and confidentiality through organized data folders, standardized naming conventions, updated reports registry, and controlled user accessibility. Performs periodic files maintenance, including archiving and deleting of outdated files.
• Utilizes tools to create user-friendly dashboards/reports that aggregate data from various sources. Designs and develops top-level reports for "one-number" reporting and analysis across channels
• Identifies and raises red flags to alert the sales team and facilitate quick, impactful decision-making. Monitors data for anomalies and discrepancies and takes appropriate actions.
• Identifies areas for improvement in current analytics-related business processes. Develops initiatives, coordinates with stakeholders, leads implementation efforts, and analyzes and monitors the results of implemented changes.
• Efficient and effectively integrate and manage data from various sources (SAP, Webi, SFA, Manual) with high level of confidentiality in terms of data processing, data access and dashboards/reports distribution.
• Provides PROACTIVE (PROper, ACcurate, TImely and VErsatile) dashboards, analysis, insights and recommendation that will guide the Sales team's performance and action plans.
• Identifies, continually monitors, designs and improves relevant reports, dashboards, and tools to deliver effective reporting systems and provide related support to assigned Sales Channel.
• Provide necessary report discussion to enhance understanding and usability of the dashboards/reports.
• Maintains good and harmonious relationships with all stakeholders through professional and productive discussions about projects, training, and reports/dashboards

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• College graduate preferably degree course in Business (Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics), Engineering or Information Technology
• At least 3 years experience as data analyst in sales or any related field
• Has at least 3 years experience in using various data analytics tools like Gsheets, Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau or other similar software.
• Has experience in collaborating with different teams in various analytics-related projects
• With high attention to detail and has strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Highly organized, efficient and effective in data collection, data processing and data visualization.
• Quick learner and versatile, can cope with changing project requirements, timelines and deliverables.
• Good customer focus, can understand and translate customer requirements to technical parameters that can be measured, controlled and improved.
• Team player and problem solver, able to collaborate with others productively and be able to come up with practical solutions to problems.
• Has a strong sense of accountability and responsibility in terms of data confidentiality and project execution.
• Highly confident, can relay information and instructions with authority yet still in a respective manner.
• Has a passion for process improvement and can quickly spot areas/processes which can be improved
