Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. He/She will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations
  • Proven financial management and budgeting skills
  • Experience with restaurant POS systems
  • Food safety certification

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably with 3 years of experience in a full service restaurant.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
