The role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Cavite City Cavite. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to resolve customer problems
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Continuously learn about our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a positive customer experience
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer issues
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Proficiency in Customer Service - Call Centre practices and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
