What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

  • Contributing to continuous process improvement by providing feedback and suggestions

  • Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner

  • Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar setting
