We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION in Cavite City, Cavite. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and resolution to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open cases
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of customer service or call centre experience in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise, and provide excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in English and/or the local language, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction
