About the Role

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented  Executive Engagement Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will engage with senior-level executives, including Presidents, CFOs, and CMOs — to invite them to participate in exclusive roundtable discussions. This position focuses on relationship-building and outreach, not cold calling or lead generation.

You will primarily handle inbound and outbound communications, following up with executives who have expressed interest or been referred, ensuring a smooth and professional experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and follow-up communication (phone, email, and virtual) with senior executives to invite them to participate in Visus Group roundtable events.
• Manage inbound interest and outbound engagement to confirm attendance and maintain communication.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with executive-level contacts through active listening and effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless scheduling and onboarding process for participants.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in executive outreach, client coordination, or a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone suited for executive audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability in active listening and understanding client needs.
• Comfortable working during night shift hours,
• Proficiency with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
