About this role:

You will be the main point of contact for local education agents, assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process and building strong, long-term relationships. This is a Office-based position that requires frequent in-person travel across Philippines to engage with partners and represent Australian colleges at local events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong relationships with current and prospective education agents in Philippines.
  • Support agents and students throughout the application, enrollment, and Australian student visa processes.
  • Regularly travel across Philippines to visit agents, attend events, and promote college's programs.
  • Upload and manage student applications via enrollment portal, following through until Confirmation of Enrollment (eCoE).
  • Provide prompt and professional support via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Handle re-enrollments, deferments, agent commissions, refund requests, and withdrawals efficiently.
  • Deliver up-to-date course and promotional information to partners and agents.
  • Conduct training sessions and marketing presentations for agency teams.
  • Monitor competitor activity and report insights to internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • New graduates are welcome
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to learn and get trained by the experienced supervisor
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Philippines (the expenses will be covered by the company)
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience as a sales representative or related field is preferred
