About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities


• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.


• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.


• Administer compensation and benefits programs.


• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and training programs.


• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.


• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.


• Provide support in handling employee relations and addressing HR-related concerns.


• Collaborate with the HR Manager/Team in implementing HR projects and company initiatives.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.


• At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related role (specialization in [Recruitment/Compensation & Benefits/Employee Relations] is an advantage).


• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.


• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
