Human Resources Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication with good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organizational skills, detail-oriented, with good time management
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in any of the following locations: Eastwood (Quezon City) or McKinley Hill (Taguig City)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Continuously undertake pooling of potential applicants through intensified and diverse means of job ads
  • Ensure manpower requirements of the accounts handled are met and on time
  • Facilitate selection of applicants from manpower requisition to pre-employment requirements
  • Ensure validity and completeness of all submitted pre-employment requirements of hired applicant
  • Ensure accuracy of timekeeping
  • Update and monitor employee files and records
  • Prepare performance evaluation form and permanency contract of employees and coordinate with department and/or division heads
  • Submit all assigned HR-related reports on time
  • Facilitate post-employment requirements and documents such as clearances and release waiver and quitclaim
  • Perform other tasks related to HR as may be required.
