Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Guest Service Supervisor located in San Juan, Batangas.The Guest Service Supervisor will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and guide the guest service team to deliver excellent service. Duties will include supervising receptionist activities, handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining service standards. This role also requires monitoring team performance and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in performing Receptionist Duties, including managing reservations and front desk tasks
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php26,000.00 per month
