Linen Attendant

Join our team at Camp Netanya Resort & Spa as a Linen Attendant and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our resort. You will be responsible for overseeing laundry operations, managing room cleanliness, and maintaining common areas. This role involves multitasking and requires a willingness to learn and adhere to high sanitation and safety standards.

As a Linen Attendant, you will enhance the guest experience by greeting guests warmly and maintaining grooming and uniform standards. You will follow sanitation protocols, use PPE, and manage laundry operations, including sorting, washing, and delivering linens. In room operations, you'll ensure timely cleaning, conduct inspections, and handle maintenance issues. Regular inventory checks and reporting of damaged or missing items, as well as managing laundry machine repairs, are required. You'll also maintain cleanliness in function rooms, activity areas, restrooms, and administrative offices. Additionally, you'll address service requests, perform general housekeeping tasks, and submit daily reports with photographic evidence. Flexibility to cover shifts and inform supervisors of absences is essential.

Qualifications:

● Must have completed at least 2 years in any field; Hospitality Management or related field a plus.

● With NCII training certificate.

● Mustbewilling to work in Mabini, Batangas.

● Good knowledge of the Housekeeping Department.

● Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. ●Must be physically fit and with good stamina.

● Must be able to accommodate flexible work schedules
