About the role

BATANGAS COUNTRY CLUB Hotel and Resort (PCK Trade and Realty Corporation) is seeking an attentive and customer-focused Food Service Attendant to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort throughout their visit.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables and ensuring a friendly, attentive service
  2. Taking food and beverage orders, communicating these accurately to the kitchen and bar staff
  3. Serving meals and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner
  4. Clearing and resetting tables, ensuring a clean and organised dining area
  5. Assisting with food preparation tasks as needed
  6. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
  7. Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries
  8. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  4. A positive, friendly and professional attitude
  5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  6. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including table setting and etiquette
