Job Description:

‐ Assist in handling accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including basic payment preparation, follow-up on outstanding receivables, preparation of monthly Statement of Accounts (SOA), and issuance of Credit Memo and Collection Receipt.

‐ Ensure accurate filing of tax documents (e.g., VAT, withholding tax) and support statutory submissions.

‐ Organize and maintain financial records and support audit requirements by preparing documentation and schedules.

‐ Comply with internal accounting procedures and assist in the implementation of internal controls.

‐ Coordinate with other departments (procurement, sales, operations) for transaction clarification and documentation.

‐ Encode transactions into ERP/accounting systems (SAP).

‐ Stay informed of company policies and general accounting practices.

Qualifications:

‐Graduate of Accountancy or related course

-1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred

‐Basic knowledge of accounting principles

-Advance knowledge of tax regulations

‐Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software

‐Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

‐Ability to work well in a team and under supervision
