Assessment Solutions Associate/Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Client Support Function

Account Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact through official communication channels (e.g., Tawk, ticketing system); and
  • Coordinate, collaborate, and escalate (as needed) with senior team to provide timely responses and solutions to clients' assessment and technical queries and concerns.

Usage Monitoring

  • Proactively monitor client usage patterns and report significant issues.

Billing and Renewal Support

  • Provide assistance in handling contract renewals, including coordinating training, support calls, and reporting; and
  • Initiate Client billings for usage, site maintenance fees, testing fees, etc.

Training

  • Support the organization and delivery of client training sessions, with a focus on End-User and Site Navigation Training.

2. Testing Services Function

  • Monitor service delivery workflows to ensure adherence to agreed timelines and processes;
  • Facilitate both onsite and offsite testing activities for clients; and
  • Facilitate and/or assist in administering assessments to testing candidates.

3. Process Improvement and Documentation

  • Review and refine internal workflows related to all core operations of assessment services;
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions; and
  • Maintain documentation of process changes and best practices.

4. Assessment Evaluation & Historical Tracking

  • Monitor and document the evolution of assessment tools, formats, and methodologies used by the organization;
  • Create timelines or visual maps to illustrate changes and improvements over time;
  • Collaborate with Assessment Specialists to ensure historical context is preserved in updates;
  • Organize resources for easy access by internal teams (e.g., historical versions, research papers, validation studies); and
  • Implement tagging, indexing, and version control systems for efficient retrieval.

5. Collateral Management & Updates

  • Audit and update assessment-related collaterals (e.g., manuals, guides, templates);
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with current tools and standards; and
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for formatting and branding.

6. Research and Benchmarking

  • Conduct comparative research on industry-standard assessments related to existing tools;
  • Analyze trends, innovations, and best practices in psychometrics, behavioral assessments, and educational testing; and
  • Provide insights and recommendations for potential enhancements or new tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any related course
  • RPm License
  • Experience is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Must be willing to work under any work condition (on-site/WFH)
  • Must work well under supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
