About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Associate with a strong creative edge to help elevate our brand presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design marketing collaterals including social media posts, ads, infographics, brochures, decks, and other brand assets.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for campaigns, social media, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Conceptualize creative campaigns that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and platforms.
  • Stay updated with design, content, and digital marketing trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, website, paid ads).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, business development, product) to create visuals and content for presentations, proposals, and events.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to guide creative direction and messaging.
  • Track and report on the performance of creative campaigns to optimize future efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Design, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, design, or content creation (experience in both corporate and agency settings is a plus).
  • Strong creative skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or Figma.
  • Skilled in photo and video production/editing for marketing and social media.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, content strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Job Type Details:

  • Full-time in Ortigas,
  • 6 days a week
  • Salary: between 25k-28k depending on experience
  • With additional transportation if specialist would need to go out of the office
