Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Department in all Marketing and Communication projects and executions
  • Initiate market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Work with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional activities that are timely and relevant to the brand.
  • Study the performance of a company's marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns relative to the department's direction and business needs.
  • Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
  • Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
  • Other duties as assigned by the immediate head.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business
  • At least 1 of experience in digital marketing, campaign management.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates with Freelance
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Amenable to work on site: Upper McKinley, Taguig City.

Nice Have:

  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Facebook Insights. META ads).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, or agencies
  • Graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite

Must to Have:

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
