We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that build strong brand equity and drive business growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent project management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute brand strategies that align with overall company objectives.
- Drive brand positioning, messaging, and identity across multiple platforms.
- Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, trade, PR, events, etc.).
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to inform brand strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and consistent brand execution.
- Manage brand budgets and track ROI of initiatives.
- Monitor and report on brand performance, including market share, brand health, and campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee creative development and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and marketing analytics.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution and measurement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing teams or cross-functional projects.
