About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated professional to join our team as a Staff at our Binondo Branch in Manila City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operations of our retail banking branch.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting clients with a range of banking transactions and enquiries
  • Accurately process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and documentation
  • Assist with cash management tasks, including balancing cash drawers and preparing cash floats
  • Support the implementation of branch-level sales and service initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the branch team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Comply with all relevant banking regulations, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the retail banking or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent numeracy and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial transactions
  • Proficient in using banking or financial software and computer systems
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
  • College diploma or equivalent, with a relevant post-secondary qualification preferred
