About the role

This is a full-time role at our Aurora Boulevard branch in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Staff, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day banking operations of our retail branch.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting customers with their banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers and account inquiries
  • Providing a high level of customer service to build strong relationships with our clients
  • Accurately processing financial transactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Handling cash management duties, such as balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposit/withdrawal slips
  • Collaborating with branch colleagues to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery
  • Promoting Philtrust Bank's products and services to customers
  • Adhering to all banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Proficient in basic banking operations, such as cash handling and account management
  • Excellent numeracy and attention to detail to ensure accurate transaction processing
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with banking systems and technology
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
