Job Description:

We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our spa branch. The ideal candidate is someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient branch performance.

Qualifications:

  • Female, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role (as a team lead, head, or manager).
  • Knowledge in accounting or financial reporting is a plus.
  • Computer literate and comfortable using MS Office and other digital tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily branch operations and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Lead and support staff to meet performance goals.
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting tasks.
  • Assist in basic accounting and financial monitoring.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to company standards.
