Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

  • Supervise overall branch operations including sales, service, rentals, and parts departments.
  • Ensure efficient workflow, proper inventory management, and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor and control operating expenses to achieve profitability targets.
  • Implement standard procedures for equipment delivery, service, and customer handling.

2. Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for heavy equipment and trucks.
  • Oversee quotation, bidding, and negotiation processes.

3. Service and Maintenance Oversight

  • Ensure that all service jobs are handled promptly and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor service team performance, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and field support.
  • Enforce company service policies and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Financial and Administrative Control

  • Prepare and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Review daily cash flow, invoices, and collection activities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting to head office.

5. Team Leadership and Development

  • Supervise and motivate branch staff (sales, service, admin, and warehouse).
  • Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

6. Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and safety standards.
  • Implement workplace safety programs for all employees and field personnel.
  • Oversee proper handling and maintenance of heavy equipment and vehicles.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy equipment, trucks, or construction machinery industry.
  • Strong background in branch operations, sales management, and service supervision.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems.
  • Customer-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
