The
Branch Cashier
is responsible for the administration and control of all technical aspects of branch cash operations including physical custody of monies, securities, and collateral. Provides support in the marketing aspects of the branch thru cross selling of bank products and services and ensuring that staff members have full understanding of the same to meet the demands of clients and achieve the targets set for the branch. Participates in credit evaluation of loan application and renewals.
Educational Background:
College Graduate
Professional Experience:
3 – 4 years of experience in cashiering operations.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Persuasion/marketing skills; Service Quality Management, good interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Power Point and Excel).
Interaction Requirements:
Reports directly to the Branch Head, interacts with the BOH, and coordinates with RBB officers, i.e. Head Office units, Cash Mobilization Unit, Central Verification Unit, Central Clearing, Makati-Main, Binondo Business Center, and other branches.
