About the role

As the Branch Manager at Great Image Services Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and driving the success of our Sucat, Muntinlupa City branch. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sucat, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. You will play a pivotal part in achieving the company's strategic objectives and contributing to its growth within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead a team of staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies to meet sales, revenue, and profitability targets for the branch
  • Monitor and analyse branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate measures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Manage the branch's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Oversee inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations to optimise efficiency and minimise costs
  • Foster a positive, customer-centric culture and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Represent the branch in external meetings and events, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
