Purchasing Assistant

The Purchasing Assistant is responsible for aiding the Purchasing Team in handling the supplier costs and procurement of our restaurant brands such as Marugame Udon, PAUL Le Cafe, Boat Noodle, KOI The, Maisen, St. Marc Cafe, and incoming Asian restaurant brands.
Job Role
- Source and procure goods and services required by the Food Brand
- Assist in negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Prepare and process purchase orders and other related documentation
- Support in evaluating supplier performance and ensuring compliance with company standards
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any business course/program
- At least 2 years experience in Restaurant or Food & Beverage industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
