Job Description: As a Field Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with grocery store managers and staff, promoting our product line, and driving sales in your assigned territory. Your role is crucial in ensuring our products are well-represented and stocked in stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct regular store visits to maintain relationships and gather market insights.
  • Present new products and promotions to grocery store managers. Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and market trends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the grocery or consumer goods industry is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • With own motorcycle and a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
