• 0–2 years of experience in sales, technical support, or related customer
facing roles.

environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.

Duties:
Sales Support & Client Interaction
• Act as a brand and product representative and ensure accurate
representation of features, benefits, and technical specifications.
• Assist in promoting and selling company products to existing and potential
customers.
• Respond to client inquiries and prepare initial quotations and proposals.

Technical Learning & Application
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products,
applications, and industry trends.
• Provide basic technical explanations and refer more complex inquiries to
senior staff.

Team Coordination & Reporting
• Collaborate with senior sales representatives, marketing, and operations
teams to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit sales activity reports and updates to the immediate
supervisor.
