Responsibilities

  • The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading and managing the sales performance of the assigned region for canned goods products. This role involves developing sales strategies, building strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail partners, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and brand visibility within the assigned territory.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of sales experience in the FMCG / canned goods or food manufacturing industry, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution channels, retail operations, and trade marketing.
  • Proven track record in sales planning, execution, and target achievement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
