About the Role

We are seeking a Email Developer or Email Marketing to elevate the performance and efficiency of our marketing functions through strategic thinking, process optimization, data management, and marketing technology.

This role will work cross-functionally with both internal teams and enterprise-level external stakeholders, with the ultimate goal of making marketing investments traceable, measurable, and impactful.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize and execute across a wide range of marketing tools and systems (e.g. CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics tools).
  • Lead and manage the implementation of automation, lead routing, system integrations, and data migrations.
  • Establish and optimize scalable processes for campaign execution and lead management.
  • Troubleshoot marketing system and workflow issues, and drive resolutions.
  • Document and contribute to workflow enhancements and process improvements.
  • Mentor and support junior Marketing Operations Specialists.
  • Champion new technology tools, leading exploratory projects to pilot new platforms.
  • Understand the distinct roles and responsibilities across marketing and cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 5 years' experience in Marketing Operations.
  • Strong experience with Marketing Automation Platforms and CMS (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, WordPress, Outreach).
  • Bonus: Certifications in Email Marketing or any Marketing Automation platforms.

Skills & Attributes

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and international teams

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage both repetitive and dynamic tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Able to manage projects with precision and consistently meet deadlines

Passion for ongoing learning, particularly in digital marketing, analytics, and MarTech tools

Enjoys structured work but adaptable to evolving priorities

Naturally curious, proactive, and open to feedback
