As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at , you will play a key role in refining our marketing strategies across email, SMS, and other digital messaging platforms. This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical approach to optimize our communication streams, enhancing their effectiveness to better meet business goals and customer engagement metrics. You will be responsible for the tactical execution of communication strategies, ensuring they resonate with our diverse clientele, comprising mainly small businesses and individual consumers.

Essential Functions:

  • Execute marketing communications strategies across email, SMS, and other digital channels.
  • Analyze and refine existing communication flows to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Implement measurement and analytics frameworks to monitor campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with a talented marketing team, promoting an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the creative team to brief in campaign assets and provide strategic direction on messaging, tone, and content for email and digital communications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align specific communications strategies with broader marketing objectives.
  • Assist in managing CRM communications platforms, with a preference for experience in Klaviyo.
  • Report strategic insights and progress to the Director of Digital Product Management.
  • Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by supervisors or management.

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

Experience Required

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a strong focus on digital marketing communications.
  • Demonstrated capability in executing marketing strategies and communications in an e-commerce environment.
  • Prior experience building email templates within an Email Service Provider (ESP).
  • Proficient analytical skills with a proven ability to operate on a data-driven basis.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
