Job Description

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will execute high-impact email and SMS campaigns, optimize engagement through segmentation and testing, and collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams. You'll play a vital role in driving loyalty, retention, and growth across multiple digital channels.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2 to 3 years of extensive experience in a similar email marketing role.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Genuine interest in email marketing, e-commerce, digital, and loyalty programs.
  • Proven success in Email Marketing, CRM, or related fields.
  • Experience using Insider or similar platforms and understanding of email marketing metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and apply feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Execute day-to-day email and SMS campaigns - from briefing, building, testing, and deploying to reporting and segmentation.
  • Report on loyalty program metrics and embed the program within broader marketing initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, performance analysis, and actionable insights.
  • Build intermediate CRM reports to track effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop and implement a clear email strategy focused on new and returning customer growth.
  • Manage end-to-end EDM campaign execution - from ideation to deployment, including segmentation, scheduling, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
  • Align campaign schedules with product launches, social media, and content calendars.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as deliverability, open rates, clicks, and sales.
  • Segment customer lists based on behaviors and personas to improve targeting and engagement.
