Job Description:

We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist or Marketing Operations Specialist to join one of the leading Marketing Agencies in the world. In this role, you'll plan, execute, and optimize email marketing, marketing automation, CRM updates, and other operational tasks to ensure our marketing processes run smoothly and deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, schedule, and monitor email campaigns with detailed reporting and insights
  • Build and launch email segments for TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, and nurture campaigns
  • Manage email calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns
  • Plan and run A/B tests, track results, and provide recommendations
  • Build automated workflows for email drips using Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Support digital marketing tasks such as website publishing, landing page updates, and content management
  • Maintain and update CRM databases, CMS, analytics, and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve campaign workflows and efficiency
  • Handle operational requests related to data, reports, and marketing insights

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience (Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, CMS, or Martech tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, WordPress, Outreach, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills to work with international clients and teams
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, data analytics, and new technology tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
