The Sales and Marketing Assistant will provide support to the sales and marketing team in implementing business strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The role involves assisting in daily operations such as preparing marketing materials, coordinating with clients, managing social media accounts, and organizing promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.


• Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales/marketing materials.


• Support social media management and online marketing initiatives.


• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for marketing activities.


• Maintain customer databases and update sales records.


• Help organize trade shows, events, and product launches.


• Monitor market trends and competitors' activities.


• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.


• Handle inquiries and provide customer support as needed.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.


• Experience in sales/marketing support is an advantage.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.


• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
