Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help develop and execute marketing campaigns, support social media activities, and assist in promoting the company's products and services to reach a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (online and offline)
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, advertisements, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and other departments for marketing requirements
  • Help organize company events, product launches, and promotional activities
  • Monitor social media engagement, inquiries, and feedback
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and promotional opportunities
  • Maintain and update marketing files, photos, and databases
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Marketing Head or Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
  • With or without experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Knowledge in social media management and basic graphic design is an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
