QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Aptitude for delivering attractive presentations.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
  • Strong reputation for integrity, values, and character.
  • Willing to comply with pre-employment requirements.
  • Can start ASAP.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities by meeting clients during sales visits or virtually, through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requests and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data, reviewing sales performance and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations by properly coordinating with Marketing and Procurement for product forecasts.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and handle customer complaints or objections.
  • Gather feedback from customers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Establish new business by attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to generate leads and convert them into opportunities.
