Work Setup: Work From Home 

Schedule: Monday to Friday 

Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

Research and identify potential clients or strategic partners within the IT, AI, and cloud industries.

Build targeted prospect lists using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and lead databases.

  • Outbound Prospecting:

Initiate contact through cold calls, cold emails, and social media engagement.

Use BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or other sales methodologies to qualify prospects.

  • Lead Qualification:

Understand each prospect's business needs, technical challenges, and buying behavior.

Ensure leads match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) specific to B2B Rocket's services.

  • Appointment Setting:

Secure discovery calls or demos for Account Executives or senior sales staff.

Manage follow-up calendars and nurture prospects through multi-touch sequences.

  • CRM & Data Management:

Accurately log all outreach, lead statuses, and communication history in the CRM.

Maintain updated, organized pipelines to support reporting and forecasting.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Align closely with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and inbound lead follow-up.

Relay market insights and common objections to the sales and product teams.

  • Reporting & KPIs:

Track and report metrics such as calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and qualified leads generated.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting, ideally in the IT/software, AI, or cloud services industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with technical and executive-level decision-makers.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.

  • Knowledge of B2B sales techniques such as BANT, SPIN, or MEDDIC.

  • Comfortable discussing and promoting technical services such as machine learning tools, SaaS platforms, or cloud engineering solutions.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.

  • Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
