Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will identify prospects, present products or services, and build strong relationships to drive sales growth and achieve performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- At least a college undergraduate
- 3+ years BPO experience
- 3+ years outbound sales experience
- With experience handling Australian or New Zealand accounts is a PLUS
- Can work onsite and early shift in BGC, Taguig
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
