About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Call Center Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team at 99ecoms Designs Inc. in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential customers, building rapport, and driving sales of our innovative products and services. What you'll be doing

  1. Contacting potential customers by phone to promote our services
  2. Identifying customer needs and delivering tailored sales pitches to maximize conversions
  3. Building strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  4. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  5. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  6. Continuously improving sales techniques and knowledge to enhance performance

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a call center or outbound sales role, preferably in the B2C or SaaS industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers
  3. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  4. A competitive spirit and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  5. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools
