Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ortigas Center, Pasig. The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and spearheading business development efforts. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, building strong client partnerships, managing budgets, and ensuring quality performance across all business functions. The Country Manager will also drive business growth by identifying opportunities, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with regional laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Strategic Management: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and develop growth-oriented business strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Exceptional skills in building and maintaining productive partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Expertise in managing operations, budgets, and complying with local regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with diverse teams and clients effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry or similar fast-paced, competitive business environments.
  • Educational Background and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
