Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Lead the annual business planning process in collaboration with HQ.
  • Translate corporate strategic objectives into roadmaps across Operations, Central Kitchen, Facilities & Management, Construction/Store Development, Marketing, HR, Finance/Accounting/Admin Teams
  • Define departmental targets and track progress against KPIs, holding managers accountable for delivery
  • Conduct and consolidate monthly business reviews across all departments and present to HQ. Prepare and submit performance reports to brand principals and HQ, with clear follow-through on action points
  • Cross-Functional Operations Management
  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure strong coordination across all departments
  • Provide leadership and direction to managers to ensure aligned execution
  • Ensure full implementation and enforcement of Operation policies
  • Uphold standards in customer experience, design, and operational discipline as measured by metrics such as mystery shop scores and in-store audits

People Leadership

  • Coach and lead department heads with clear performance expectations
  • Oversee team structure, staffing plans, and succession building

  • Drive performance management and talent development across all functions

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred (especially in Strategy, Operations, or Leadership)

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in Retail, F&B, or Luxury
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and operational execution
  • Background in cross-functional management (Operations, HR, Marketing, Finance, Construction, Facilities)
  • Experience leading multi-site operations or a country-level business unit
