Job description:

We are looking for an HR Supervisor to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who will lead recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while ensuring alignment with labor laws and company standards.

Job Description:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, such as but not limited to coordinating interviews, verifying references, and preparing offer letters, as well as assisting in timekeeping and compensation and benefits processing of the company
  • Maintaining employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
  • Coordinating employee events, training sessions, and team-building activities
  • Answering and directing employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting the HR team in various projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or any related courses
  • At least 3-5 years of HR experience
  • With good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office
  • Willing to work onsite in Central Signal Village, Taguig City (Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
