Job description:

The HR Representative with Payroll Responsibilities is responsible for supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations while overseeing accurate and timely payroll processing. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll, ensuring a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confidential, and a strong communicator with experience in HR administration and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, compensation, and payroll.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation, orientation, and exit checklists.
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, changes, and employee communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Support employee relations activities by documenting concerns, coordinating investigations, and assisting in resolution efforts.

  • Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Maintain payroll records, including hours worked, leave balances, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings. (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

  • Prepare and distribute pay statements, tax forms (e.g., W-2s), and payroll-related reports.
  • Report technical issues or system malfunctions to the technical support team for prompt resolution.
  • Work closely with other team members to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 2+ years HR/payroll experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and MS Excel and HRIS.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
  • Must be amenable to work ONSITE in Ortigas Pasig City
