HR Training Manager

● Assess Training Needs: identify the specific skills and knowledge gaps within the workforce by conducting surveys, analyzing performance data, and consulting with employees, HR, department heads and managers.
● Develop Annual Training Program: Based on the identified needs, design and create engaging training materials and programs (topics, e-learning modules, and hands-on training activities), that align with the company's objectives. All materials are subject for the approval of the Managing Director.
● Deliver/Implement Training: Coordinate and deliver training sessions. Ensure that training is conducted effectively using various methods such as workshops, seminars, videos, and online courses.
● Evaluate Training Effectiveness: After training sessions, assess the impact of the programs on employee performance and overall business results. This involves gathering feedback and analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of the training initiatives.
● Manage Budgets: Responsible for managing the training budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet training goals.
● Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with HR and other departments to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions that meet specific departmental goals.
● Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in training and development to ensure that the organization's training initiatives remain relevant and effective.
● Prepare, submit and report monthly updates regarding the following to the HR Head and Managing Director --- (KPI Review).
● Develop, implement, and manage the company's annual training and development plan. ● Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads to identify competency gaps.
● Design and implement programs that support leadership development, technical training, behavioral skills enhancement, and the overall employee learning journey within the company. B. Training Administration and Delivery
● Organize and facilitate internal and external training programs.
● Coordinate with accredited training institutions and external consultants for specialized programs.
● Maintain complete and accurate training records, certificates, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms compliant with ISO 9001:2015 documentation standards. C. Evaluation and Compliance
● Assess training effectiveness through post-training evaluations, feedback surveys, and performance improvements.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, DOLE requirements, and ISO documentation procedures.
● Prepare reports and metrics for management review (e.g., training hours per employee, training ROI, evaluation scores). D. Employee Development and Engagement
● Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
● Support talent management, career progression, and succession planning initiatives.
● Collaborate with HR and Employee Relations in planning engagement activities linked to employee development. E. Budget and Resource Management
● Prepare and monitor the annual training and development budget.
● Evaluate cost efficiency and ensure optimal utilization of training resources.
● Supervise HR staff or training coordinators assigned to Training and Development functions.
● Partner with managers and supervisors to ensure learning goals and development objectives are achieved within each department.
● Represent the HR Department during audits, management reviews, and ISO assessments related to training, competence, and employee development.
