  • Role Title: Lead, HRBP
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager for HR
  • The Mega Tower (beside SM Megamall)
  • 8AM -5PM / 9AM - 6PM (Sat - Sun Off)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in labor law (due process etc.), employee relation, employee engagement, data management, has experience with handling employee discipline cases from Administrative to DOLE level

  • Talent Supply, Selection and Development (Talent Review)
  • Organization Effectiveness

Employee Discipline

  • Draft Notice to Explain and Notice of Decision, and lead the facilitation of Administrative Hearings.
  • Compile/Review case-related documents in chronological order to support representation in SENA, NLRC, and DOLE proceedings.
  • Represent and Attend mediation and hearings across these platforms.
  • Educate employees on the Company Code of Conduct and ensure consistent enforcement across all business units.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in HR field and 3 years relevant experience in HRBP domain.
  • Coaching and facilitation skills. Can coach/facilitate to draw approaches and solutions from conflicts or complicated matters
  • Project management skills. Can lead projects across departments to influence and obtain buy-in, and drive execution and achievement for the right result.
  • Be aware of and understand industrial knowledge, change and trends, and integrate with real practice.
  • Extensive knowledge. Sound knowledge of all areas in HR (HR professional).
  • Labor Law knowledge. Has expert level Philippine Labor Law knowledge
  • Holds a bachelor's degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
